An added bonus is the view of the Cortez lift bridge that allows the sailboats pass through on their way to Tampa Bay and the Florida Keys.
The second washroom is full size washroom located next to the second bedroom providing you with freshly laundered towels and all accessories.
 The living room is exquisitely designed and furnished with a rattan sofa and loveseat, two contemporary black rattan armchairs, mirrored palm trees decorate the walls, cable television and dvd player for your enjoyment after a long hard day at the beach, sliding glass doors that lead out onto the furnished balcony over looking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. This room also provides amassing views of the parasailor's, boats and jet ski's and beach activity.
The dining room setting is an open air concept next to the living room decorated with strip glass mirrors on the walls and is furnished with a spectacular black pedestal glass table, rose colored cloth chairs and overhead Tiffany lighting.
Our kitchen is contemporary designed with white cabinets, hardwood countertops, European lighting, whitewash rattan glass table and Floridian designed rattan chairs. The kitchen offers all amenities including refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garberator, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, blender, coffee maker, food processor and toaster.
