I just want to pass on a message from my parents. After driving from Nova Scotia they arrived at the condo yesterday,
and in my mom's words, the pictures didn't do it justice. It is so bright, airy and very clean. The ocean is as close

Perfect place to Honeymoon!

We stayed at this condo for 10 perfect days. The condo was great, clean with great appliances, comfortable king sized master suite etc. One minute to an amazing beach! The condo pool was perfect in the evenings. The free Trolly is right outside to take you to a great grocery store next to any "spirits" you need. Lots of resturants. The sunsets over the gulf is almost indescribable it's so wondereful. ZERO complaints, it's heaven.....go for it!

Just wanted to thank you for the condo. It was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time ( even though a cold front and wind)
there. Anna Maria is all that they say it is and even more. We have been to a lot of places in Florida and the Carribean, and
this by far is the most beautiful. Carribean is nice, especially beaches, but this island says it all. Perfect time of year
to go also with no crowds being it was our first time there. Your condo is wonderful. Everything you need and more.
Although we spent most of the time at the beach or pool in the day, it was the absolute best. Loved the keyless entry and
not having to worry about keys! Wish it was available in Jan thru Feb. I think we will be going down next year at the same
time. How soon ahead do we need to book it.? Again, thanks for all your help and for finding us information on shopping and
transportation. We found everything so helpful and the people on the island could have not been any nicer. The location is
perfect also!

Just recently returned from a week on the anna Maria Island for our first time. We could not have made a better choice in finding
this condo. It was everything you could want, beautifully decorated and fit for every need. Especially loved the keyless entry,
which you don't need to worry about loosing keys, or if someone wants to go back early from the beach of having to worry about
getting in. The location of this is wonderful and the pool was always kept at a warm temperature and clean! Highly recommend
staying here and look forward to returning to this condo.

Got back yesterday. Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your beautiful condo. The location was perfect - the view, close to Cortez Rd (restaurants), and, as you assured us, the close proximity to the beach. We love 85F water!
The keyless lock was a huge plus. I had been worrying about how to handle the keys to always have one when we went out to dinner and losing a key on the beach.

This was our first trip to anna Maria Island but it definitely will not be the last. We loved the location and the accommodations
were wonderful. We loved the gentleness of the waves especially since we were traveling with small children. We could go out onto
the sandbar and the water was only ankle deep and the kids could play. The beaches were not crowded at all. Can't wait for our
next visit.

We have rented the condo two years in a row and plan to go back again. My family always vacationed in the area when we were
growing up and we love going back. The condo is wonderful, the pool is great, the beach is close, and Terry was wonderful to
work with. Now as an adult, I'm enjoying the island as much as I did when I was a kid going there. I also hope my kids love
it as much as I do!

We loved being able to walk to many great restaurants and were so happy to be there for the opening of the Tiki Hut at the Gulf Drive Cafe. Our best time in Florida yet!!

We rented this condo without difficulty and with courtesy, receiving the keys promptly with directions to the site on anna Maria.
The condo is beautifully decorated, but is very liveable for our family of five, which included a teen ager, an ll-year-old,
parents and a grandmother. All of the appliances worked without probllems, including two large screen TVs. The furnishings
were suitable for a seaside accommodation -- leather couches, tile floors, etc.. The view down to the Gulf was always interesting.
We liked the fact that the condo was always comfortable, heated, cooled, well-lighted and with ample linen, dishes, etc. The
second story location was a bit of a hike for "grandma", but it did mean a good view. Unfortunately, we liked the weather least!
But there's nothing that can be done about that! We enjoyed looking around anna Maria and found the lists of "Things to Do"
included in a kitchen drawer very helpful.

Great condo located w/i walking distance of pretty much everything. Only used 1/2 a tank of gas the whole week we were there. The condo was clean and the pool was great. Not many people either which was really nice as well. This was our first trip to anna Maria Island and we would definitely return and stay at the same condo. All in all we would highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I invited his son, daughter in law, and 2 grandchildren (ages 3 and 5) to join us. The condo was spacious-lots of room for 2 lively children to play. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and close to restaurants. The beach was a short walk from our condo. We had a wonderful week of family fun and great weather as well.

This was our second visit to Bradenton Beach. I would put the rating for this condo off the scale. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the beach which was never crowded. Just off the main road and far enough back to keep the traffic noise to a minimum. The whole area was very quiet and relaxing The condo is superbly furnished with all the extras you would wish for and very comfortable. All the beach accessories you need are provided. The condo overlooks a lovely sized pool that was never crowded. Just everything about this place and the area was just perfect. The owners have made every effort to make this place a five star residence. We will definitely return to enjoy another relaxing and very comfortable holiday.

Where to begin.... everything about the condo was so good its going to be difficult to make sure I cover it all. I will start with the booking of the condo which was so easy, the owners responded quickly to all of our queries, advising on availability dates and costs without delay. I felt confident that the keys would arrive just as we agreed (always a bit of a worry when you pay a sum of money to a 'stranger') but all went exactly as the owners had said it would.
On arrival at the condo the place was spotlessly clean, we were extremely pleased with the decor and it had everything you could possibly need. I had looked at the photos of the condo before arrival but they really dont do it justice. They had thought of everything to make us all feel completely at home with all the conveniences of home - no compromises on style or facilities. It was just as it had been described to us. When we stayed it was very quiet in the complex although we did have people in the condo next to ours there was no noise and we were never disturbed. The pool was just as they said - lovely and warm.
The condo is conveniently located close to the beach and you can sit on the balcony watching the sunset. There was a supermarket about 1.5 miles away and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We spent a lot of time down historic Bridge Street and travelling on the free trolley bus taking in the breath-taking views.
Overall a really great holiday made special with such fuss-free process I would certainly recommend it to all of my family and friends.

"It has snowed since October in Northern Michigan and there are still 15 inches of the white stuff in my back yard on April 9th! This AMI condo was such a haven for the winter-weary! Location cannot be beat. We walked the beach every morning and evening, and enjoyed the clean, warm pool during the day. The condo is totally equipped with everything necessary for home away from home. Restaurants and shops by the historic pier are only three blocks away; the free island trolley is a fun ride for further distances. This is a great condo to rent, but as the natives say, "Don't tell all your friends about AMI." They want to keep this gem a secret!"

We would highly reccommend this unit to anyone seeking a vacation in western Flordia.This unit comes very well equipt,especialy in the kitchen.We have stayed in a few other rentals and have always complained about the lack of untensils----not here!!Plenty of pots and pans,glassware,etc.There are beach chairs and an umberalla for your comfort at the beach,which is just across the street.Eateries,drug stores and super markets all close by---try it,you'll love,we did!!

Great location - we didn't use our car once. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Also great condo for a group - second bedroom sleeps 3 in separate beds comfortably. Very spacious. Full kitchen. Beach gear included.

I have rented this unit for 3 years in a row. It is wonderful, clean, great location and relaxing. It is close to anything you need, near the trolley stop and best of all walk out your door and in 2 minutes you are on the sandy white beach looking at the beautiful blue water. You will not find a better value for your dollar than this condo. Anna Maria Island is the place to relax and forget about the fast paced world which lies beyond the bay.

My wife and I had a great holiday. The accommodation was clean, very spacious, well furnished,and a great location. It was within easy walking distance of several restaurants/bars. No need to take the car. We watched dolphins swim by as we had breakfast.

The condo was very nice with a nice view of the ocean and pool. It had all the amenities. We really appreciated having a hi-speed wireless connection. The pool was the perfect temperature and was very clean. We wouldn't hesitate to return and rent this property again.
